Submit a complete Application Package submitted via this Google Form.
The application package includes:
1. A Google Form application cover sheet with basic personal and professional information.
2. Your curriculum vitae/resume or a brief biography uploaded to the Google Form (no more than 2 pages).
3. Your essay (no more than 3 double-spaced pages) addressing your interest in the institute (keeping in mind the selection criteria) uploaded to the Google Form.
4. One letter of recommendation uploaded to the Google Form. All references are kept confidential among the selection committee. If you have any problems securing the letter of recommendation in the timeframe required, please reach out to [email protected].
In addition to basic personal and professional information, the application form will also ask candidates to disclose any prior academic training or professional development the applicant has experienced under the leadership of Robert Johnston (UIC) and Charles Tocci (Loyola). Please explain the nature of the program as well as the program’s academic content.
The complete Google Form is due by March 3, 2023.
Do NOT send your application materials to the National Endowment for the Humanities or hard copies of materials to any of the participating institutions. All materials must be submitted to the Google Form in order to be evaluated.
